Trip to Virginia: Part I

Patrick got back from Italy just in time for our trip home for Sarah and Tim's wedding. Our day of travel included cars, trains and planes and was very long. The ash cloud extended our flight time (but thankfully did not cancel our flight!) and so we spent 9 hours in the air... sort of a big deal for toddlers and pregnant women. We made it though! Here is Brennan waiting for our first train bright and early in the morning.



The next night was Sarah's bachelorette party! Some of the girls took Sarah out for a night on the town and we had a blast. Here are Ashley, Sarah and myself at the beginning of the evening.

On Sunday we were able to catch dinner with some good friends, but of course I did not take any pictures. Here are some photos from a visit with Grams and Gramps on Monday.
