April

Patrick was gone in April, spending time overseas and in Norfolk with the Reserves.  We followed him down to Norfolk for a weekend visit with him and visited friends and the beach while we were there.  It was cold, but they still had fun playing in the sand.

Isla braved the water, (against my advice) and had a blast.

My tulips bloomed!  It's no Keukenhof Garden, but I was just glad the deer didn't get them.

We had some trees planted in April, which was very exciting.  We're looking forward to future shade and privacy.  Maybe even some birds!

In order to exercise outdoors while Patrick was gone, I bought a used double jogger and chased Brennan around on his bike.  Apparently it's comfy!

The Easter bunny brought dinosaur tattoos and the kids wanted to go all out and do a "sleeve" rather than just one or two.
