On August 15th we attended the birthday celebration of Paula and Katja, 2 of Brennan's friends from his Krabbelgruppe. They were turning 3 and 2 and hosted a backyard cookout and pool party. Brennan partied hard, enjoying the pool, slide, and new trampoline to the fullest. The party started just after naptime and lasted well past Brennan's bedtime of 8. We bowed out at 8:30 with an exhausted Bean and we were the first to go. Here are the birthday girls in their facepaint, Brennan sporting a moustache (he wasn't up for a full face) and some shots of the kids having fun.
